《Promiscuous》是专辑中的一大亮点歌曲，歌手的音域必须位于Ab3和F5之间。尽管制作人并没有使用过多不同的工具或音调来配合歌手的歌声节拍，但歌曲的大部分节奏都能让听者随性起舞。此外，虽然歌曲的内容与“性”有关，但是妮莉·费塔朵唱的并不是很性感，因此无法让人产生身体上的感觉。
