卡内基文学奖是一项文学奖项，设立于1936年，是世界儿童文学界的最高奖项之一，主要是颁发给英国的儿童小说或是青少年小说及其作者，因此该奖项亦可以称作“卡内基儿童文学奖”。

卡内基文学奖设立于1936年，是英国图书馆协会为纪念苏格兰慈善家安德鲁·卡内基（Andrew Carnegie，1835-1919）而设，现由CILIP（the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals, which is a new organisation formed by the Unification of the Institute of Information Scientists and The Library Association on 1 April 2002）颁发，是世界儿童文学界的最高奖项之一，主要是颁发给英国的儿童小说或是青少年小说家。因此该奖项亦可以称作“卡内基儿童文学奖” 。

卡内基文学奖出过不少有名的作家、作品，第一位得奖作品是Arthur Ransome所写的Pigeon Post (1936)，其后C.S. 刘易斯（魔衣橱系列的《The Last Battle》）、Eleanor Farjoen、Anne Fine和Philip Pullman都曾获奖。像C.S. Lewis就曾于1956年以获得此一奖项。
