吴蓓丽,女,汉族,1979年1月生,研究生,理学博士,2012年9月加入民盟。现任中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员、课题组长,民盟上海市委副主委、民盟中国科学院上海分院委员会主委。
人物经历
1979年1月,吴蓓丽出生于河南南召,原籍江苏吴江。
1994年9月—1997年7月,高中就读于江苏省无锡市第一中学。
1997年9月—2001年7月,就读于北京师范大学生物系生物化学专业,毕业并获得学士学位。
2001年9月—2006年6月,就读于清华大学生物科学与技术系生物物理学专业,师从结构生物学专家
饶子和院士,毕业并获得博士学位。
2007年4月—2011年7月,在美国斯克利普斯研究所(Scripps Research)分子生物学系从事博士后研究工作。
2011年7月,入选中国科学院百人计划,回国后担任中国科学院上海药物研究所药物靶标结构与功能中心研究员、课题组长。
2012年9月,加入中国民主同盟;同年,入选上海市“浦江人才计划”,并被聘为国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)课题负责人。
2014年,获得国家自然科学基金“优秀青年科学家基金项目”资助。
2018年8月,获得国家杰出青年科学基金资助;同年,入选中组部“万人计划”青年拔尖人才、科技创新领军人才。
现任中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员、课题组长,民盟上海市委副主委、民盟中国科学院上海分院委员会主委。
主要成就
科研成就
吴蓓丽主要针对重要药物靶标蛋白家族G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)开展结构与功能研究,并进行基于结构的药物研发。通过测定GPCR与不同类型配体及下游效应蛋白的复合物三维结构,阐明不同GPCR对配体的选择性识别模式及信号的特异性转导机制,为靶向GPCR的药物研发提供线索和依据。
