美国国际东西方大学国际环境生态学院（International School of Environmental Ecology at International East-West University），简称国际环境生态学院（International School of Environmental Ecology ），为国际东西方大学研究生教育学院。

国际东西方大学的最高决策与控制权归校董事会，大学创办人为永久董事。大学管理委员会是大学事务的执行机构。大学管理委员会由董事会任命的主席主持。成员包括IEWU的校长、权威学术专家以及来自檀香山、美国、中国大陆、中国台湾地区、中国香港地区、欧洲和日本的小区、商业和政府机构的领袖人物。

大学的行政领导人是校长。校长经由董事会委任。三位分别主管教学事务、行政事务和公共关系事务的副校长在校长领导下工作。

IEWU总部坐落于美国夏威夷洲的檀香山市，计划在中国的北京、上海、深圳、海口市，及香港、台北、洛杉矶、纽约、温哥华和欧洲的一个城市发展自己的研究中心。
