张奇亚，女，博士，中国科学院水生生物所二级研究员，博士生导师，鱼类生物学及渔业生物技术研究中心主任，所学位委员会副主任。《水生生物学报》、《微生物学报》和《微生物学通报》编委；国际病毒分类委员会委员；湖北省微生物学会和湖北省电镜学会理事；农业部水产养殖病害防治专家委员会委员。

张奇亚, 武汉大学理学学士，美国俄亥俄医学院 (Medical College of Ohio, MCO) 医学硕士，中国科学院水生生物研究所理学博士。先后在中国科学院武汉病毒研究所、美国俄亥俄医学院、美国加州大学圣迭戈分校 (University of California，San Diego, UCSD) 和中国科学院水生生物研究所从事病毒学及分子生物学相关领域的研究工作。兼国际病毒分类委员会委员，湖北省电镜学会副理事长和省微生物学会理事。已发表论文200余篇，其中SCI论文100余篇；主著(编)论著2部，参编论著10余部。获国家授权发明专利6项，获湖北省自然科学二等2项奖、中国科学院教学成果二等奖、中国科学院优秀研究生导师奖和中国科学院朱李月华优秀教师奖。培养博士后4名，毕业研究生34名 (含博士22名)，其中2篇学位博士论文入选“湖北省优博论文”，5人次获“研究生国家奖”；多数研究生获其他冠名奖、三好学生奖、优秀毕业生奖等。

水生病毒学及其分子生物学

主持的学科组长期从事水生病毒及其分子生物学研究。结合现代生物技术与病毒学方法，运用和/或创建水生病毒重组、多组学与高通量筛选、荧光显微与电子显微、分子免疫及病毒入侵示踪等技术，对水生病毒的病原生物学及分子特性进行研究。
