张学杰，男，现任云南大学科技处处长、博士生导师，曾发表多篇论文。

1998年获得香港中文大学计算机科学与技术专业博士学位，现任云南大学科技处处长、博士生导师。中国计算机学会高级会员、中国计算机学会高性能专委会委员、云南省中青年学术技术带头人、云南省高校教学科研带头人、云南省信息化建设专家咨询委员会委员、云南大学学术委员会委员、云南省计算机学会秘书长。

主要从事高性能计算、并行与分布式计算、软/硬件协同设计方面的教研工作。主持了国家自然科学基金项目3项、教育部平台或专业建设项目多项、横向项目多项。在国内外期刊和国际学术会议上已发表论文百余篇，申请发明专利2项，获准计算机软件著作权登记10项。
