张树清,男,1964年12月生,理学博士、研究员、博士生导师,吉林省遥感学会秘书长,科学院重要方向性项目首席科学家。
人物介绍
张树清,男,1964年12月生,理学博士、研究员、博士生导师,吉林省遥感学会秘书长,科学院重要方向性项目首席科学家。1990年毕业于吉林大学计算机系;1995、2001年在中国科学院东北地理与农业生态研究所分获理学硕士、博士学位。专业方向为遥感与地理信息系统,现于中国科学院东北地理与农业生态研究所从事科研工作,研究兴趣包括湿地遥感与信息系统、空间数据挖掘、景观生态、GIS理论模型等方面。先后完成国家、科学院及地方相关科技项目十余项,获得包括国家自然科学基金在内的多个部门的资助,建立了我国第一个沼泽湿地数据库。1998年获国家科技进步二等奖,1999年获科学院科技进步一等奖。2003年破格晋升为创新研究员;2004年入选吉林省首批科技创新拔尖人才,并作为高级访问学者留学澳大利亚Griffith大学,在此期间完成了矢量分析理论。
研究领域
(1)新一代GIS核心理论与关键技术,包括3D/4D(3D+动态)GIS核心理论建模、空间分析技术与几何计算;
(2)遥感空间信息智能识别、景观空间变化智能模拟与分析。

已完成项目
先后完成国家、科学院及地方相关科技项目近十项,建立了我国第一个沼泽湿地数据库。目前主持的与本研究内容相关的项目有: 国家自然科学基金“基于粗集的多源遥感湿地空间分类知识发现研究”;国家“十一五”科技支撑重点项目课题“湿地资源监测与评估技术研究”专题“三江平原湿地变化遥感监测研究”;科学院知识创新工程项目群课题“湿地景观变化模拟与预测”。

与国外合作情况
与美国The University of Oklahoma 的May Yuan 教授; 加拿大 University of Calgary的M. L. Gavrilova 教授;以及澳大利亚Griffith University 的Pat Dale 教授和 Roger Crop教授有着密切合作研究关系。
学术成就
在多源遥感分类方法、GIS空间格局分析、GIS几何建模等领域做出了突出成绩: 提出了空间格局矢量分析理论,并基于数学形态理论,提出了自然条件下湿地格局消长模拟方法,这为景观格局形成与演化的矢量分析提供了理论依据,该理论发表在国际SCI期刊《Ecological Modelling》;拓展了著名的欧拉公式,建立了GIS拓扑关系广义欧拉公式,阐明了拓扑要素中点、线、面和群的定量关系和性质,为空间格局景观要素关系计算奠定了重要理论基础,该成果发表在SCI期刊《中国科学》上;发展和深化了目前多源遥感分类领域常用的决策树、粗集、证据推理方法,并已经有很多相关成果发表在SCI期刊《Photogrammetric Engineering and Remote Sensing》、《Computers & Geoscience》上。目前已经出版专著2本,发表学术论文超过90篇,其中21篇为SCI检索论文。
