《新标准英语》是2008年6月1日由外语教学与研究出版社出版的图书，作者是陈琳、Naomi Simmons、Printha Ellis，共53页。

本教材的主编为北京外国语大学陈琳教授，副主编为华中师范大学鲁子问副教授。本教材的英方主编Printha Ellis和编者Naomi Simmons女士都是国际著名的英语教材编写专家。参加本教材编写的还有中小学英语特级教师和教研员。本册教材——New Standard English（供一年级起始用）第一册是供小学一年级上学期使用的。全书共分11个模块（Module），内含一个期末复习模块。每个模块分两个单元（Unit）。
