李奇睿，男，博士，浙江大学“百人计划”研究员，浙江大学数学科学学院博士生导师。

2004年9月-2008年6月在浙江大学获学士学位。

2011年12月-2014年6月在澳大利亚国立大学获博士学位。

2014年3月-2019年6月，澳大利亚国立大学博士后。

2019年7月起，浙江大学百人计划研究员。

主要研究非线性方程及其应用，Monge最优运输问题，凸几何分析，曲率流，黎曼流形中的分析问题。
