王怡，女，1970年3月出生，民盟，研究生，工学博士。西安建筑科技大学二级教授，博士生导师。现任西安建筑科技大学副校长，绿色建筑全国重点实验室常务副主任。

2024年9月9日，陕西省政府决定，任命王怡为西安建筑科技大学副校长。

围绕改善工业建筑环境质量并降低建筑能耗的国家重大需求，主持完成国家杰出青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金重点项目及面上项目等多项国家级课题，作为项目负责人主持135国家重点研发计划项目《高污染散发类工业建筑环境保障与节能关键技术研究》，是陕西省“工业建筑环境与节能”重点创新团队负责人，带领团队在工业建筑环境高效控制关键技术和综合节能设计体系方面取得系列创新成果。

主持主要科研项目：

在工业建筑环境与节能领域发表学术论文120余篇。编制完成了相关领域国家与行业标准2部。2018年出版专著《工业建筑节能》。
