中国科学院上海技术物理研究所研究员
胡伟达,男,1979年生,研究员,博导,中科院上海技术物理研究所所务委员、国重主任。国家杰出青年基金获得者,中国青年科技奖获得者,Clarivate全球高被引学者。主持先导专项、国家重点研发计划、国家重大科研仪器研制项目、基础加强重点项目、国家优秀青年基金项目、国家WR青拔、Royal Society-Newton Advanced Fellowship (UK)。获上海市青年科技杰出贡献奖、上海市自然科学一等奖(第一完成人)、中国物理学会萨本栋应用物理奖。长期从事红外探测器及智能芯片应用研究。现任Small编辑顾问委员会委员,Infrared Physics &Technology副主编,Earth & Space: from infrared to Terahertz International Conference (ESIT) 执行主席。第一、通讯在Science、Nature Photonics、Nature Materials、Nature Nanotechnology、Nature Electronics等国际学术期刊共发表论文150余篇,总引用26600余次,h因子90。应邀在Nature Materials、Nature Electronics、Nature Communications撰写News & Views和Invited Review。第一发明人授权国家发明专利20项。研究工作3次入选中国光学十大进展、2次入选中国半导体十大研究进展。。

研究方向
1、面向红外感知与智能识别的新型光电探测器及芯片,包括新型二维材料红外探测器、人工微纳结构增强红外探测器、感存算一体智能芯片 Nanoscale photodetectors for infrared sensing and intelligent recognition, such as novel infrared photodetectors/photodiodes/phototransistors based on two-dimensional materials, novel Infrared photodetectors/photodiodes/phototransistors enhanced by artificial micro-nano structures, and sensing-memory-processing smart chips based on novel optoelectronic and electronic devices.
2、面向空间应用的第三代高性能红外探测器及芯片,包括长波/甚长波红外探测器、双色红外探测器、雪崩单光子红外探测器 Third-generation infrared photodetectors based on HgCdTe and Si BIB for space applications, such as long-wavelength/very-long-wavelength infrared photodetectors/photodiodes, two-color infrared photodetectors/photodiodes, and infrared avalanche photodiodes (APD).
