教育背景
分别于无锡轻工大学、江南大学(原无锡轻工大学)食品学院获得食品科学与工程专业工学学士(1999.6)、硕士(2001.12)、博士(2009.12)学位。
工作经历
2002年5月至2010年5月,兼任上海市高校毕业生就业指导中心(现上海市学生事务中心)流动党支部书记。
2002年3月至2004年10年月,任职于上海生远食品科技有限公司。
2005年1月至2009年1月,任职于凯能高科技工程(上海)有限公司工业流体事业部。
2009年1月出任江苏欣瑞食品科技发展有限公司总经理。
2010年4月调入华东理工大学生物工程学院任教,2011年9月晋升副教授,2013年3月至2014年3月在美国加州大学戴维斯分校农业与生物工程系做访问学者,2015年9月破格晋升教授。
2016年3月至2019年11月任生物工程学院副院长;
2019年11月至2021年5月任生物工程学院党委书记;
2021年5月任华东理工大学科学技术发展研究院院长。
2024年7月任华东理工大学副校长(试用期一年),中共华东理工大学委员会委员、常委。

基于分离提取技术的食品药品及材料工程。
主要研究兴趣:
1. 糖生物工程(功能碳水化合物的绿色生物制造、分离纯化及功能评价);
2. 分离工程(膜和色谱分离技术及其在糖工程、生物制造中的应用);
3. 生物基材料工程(新型生物基材料开发、纳米生物基材料及其在食品医药应用);
4. 特殊医学用途全营养食品、发酵食品开发。

主要成就
近年来主持多项国家级和省部级课题,承担了20余项企业横向课题研发和产业化推广工作,具有丰富的工程实践经验。以第一完成人获得省部级科技奖励6项;申请发明专利60件、授权中国发明专利36件、美国发明专利1件;发表学术论文150余篇;出版中、英文学术专著3部;主编教材2部。
