陈晶琦，博士，北京大学公共卫生学院研究员，博士生导师。

于1995年在北京医科大学获得儿少卫生与妇幼保健学领域博士学位。现任职于北京大学医学部公共卫生学院儿童青少年卫生研究所，从事教学科研工作。

学校健康教育、预防儿童性侵犯教育、预防校园暴力、预防家长对儿童的暴力。
