创作背景
1973年，博尼·托平和艾尔顿·约翰为玛丽莲梦露创作了著名歌曲《风中之烛》。
1997年，为了缅怀黛安娜王妃，在其葬礼上由艾尔顿·约翰亲自演唱了改写后的《风中之烛》。这首歌在一九九七年九月发行时，一周内就卖出约三百五十万张，打破历年单曲单周
销售记录，此歌传唱经久，又名《再见,英格兰玫瑰》。
