农业微生物学国家重点实验室副主任
第十二届全国政协委员、华中农业大学资源与环境学院院长、土壤学教授、博士生导师。国家杰出青年基金获得者,新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。现任农业微生物学国家重点实验室副主任、中国土壤学会土壤化学专业委员会主任、国际土壤学联合会土壤界面专业委员会副主席、环境生物地球化学学会(ISEB)国际学术委员会执委。是 Scientific Reports、Frontiers in Microbiology、Applied Soil Ecology、Geomicrobiology Journal、土壤学报等期刊编委。曾担任第4届土壤矿物-有机物-微生物相互作用和第21届环境生物地球化学国际学术研讨会主席及多个国际学术会议分会召集人。在国际学术会议上做口头和邀请报告20余次。获省部科技成果奖4项,2008年获第二届中国土壤学会奖,2009年获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文指导奖,2010年获中国侨界创新人才贡献奖和第五届湖北省优秀科技工作者称号。发表SCI论文90余篇,主编德国Springer专著1部、《Biology and Fertility of Soils》和《Geomicrobiology Journal》专刊各1期,应邀为联合国教科文组织百科全书生命支撑体系(EOLSS)撰稿。
