湖南大学二级教授、博士生导师,教育部国家高层次人才特聘教授(2020)和青年学者(2016)、中组部“
万人计划”青年拔尖人才(2014)、国家自然基金委
优秀青年科学基金获得者(2013)、湖南省科技创新领军人才、“湖湘青年英才”、北京市中青年社科理论人才“百人工程”人选。
人物经历
2009年毕业于
中国科学院科技政策与管理科学研究所(
管理科学与工程专业),获管理学博士学位。博士毕业后,进入
北京理工大学管理与经济学院工作,历任讲师、副教授、博士生导师。2014年加盟
湖南大学工商管理学院,任教授、博士生导师。2015年获得湖南省首届“我最喜爱的青年教师”,2019年获得“湖南青年五四奖章”。
