潘安练
湖南师范大学副校长(试用期一年)
潘安练,男,汉族,1974年10月生,安徽歙县人,民进会员,湖南大学教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,湖南省“芙蓉学者”特聘教授,湖南省杰出青年基金获得者,教育部新世纪人才计划入选者, 微纳结构物理与应用技术湖南省重点实验室主任,现任湖南师范大学副校长(试用期一年)。
人物履历
潘安练教授于2006年毕业于中国科学院物理研究所,随后加盟湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院工作。同年底,赴德国马普微结构物理研究所从事洪堡学者访问研究。2007加入了美国亚利桑那州立大学光子学研究中心,随后取得该校助理研究教授职位。2009年潘教授取得湖南省“芙蓉学者”特聘教授职位,同时入选教育部新世纪人才计划并获湖南省杰出青年基金资助。先后组建了湖南省纳米光电高校科技创新团队和微纳结构物理与应用技术省重点实验室。

2023年4月,中国民主促进会第十五届中央委员会科技医卫委员会委员。
2024年1月,湖南师范大学副校长(试用期一年)。

美国材料学会美国光学学会会员、中国微纳米学会高级会员、湖南省物理学会理事,Frontiers of Optoelectronics杂志特邀编辑。
人物成就
在半导体纳米结构能带工程、纳米光波导及纳米激光研究领域取得了多项国际影响的研究成果,研究工作多次被Science Daily、IOP等国际学术媒体作亮点报导。先后在Nano Lett., JACS 等国际知名期刊上发表论文90多篇,申请美国专利2项。并受邀为Advanced Materials, IEEE JSTQE 等知名刊物撰写综述论文。以第一完成人获2019年度国家自然科学二等奖、湖南省自然科学一等奖(2010年、2017年)、湖南省创新团队奖(2022年)等。
