研究方向
主要针对我国海水养殖病原性细菌的典型流行菌株,采用生化分离纯化、转座子随机突变体文库以及组学(基因组学、蛋白质组学和转录组学)等策略鉴定其毒力因子,然后采用信号传导研究方法研究其受胞内外以及宿主各种信号/胁迫下的各种调控机制,描绘病原菌在致病过程以及环境适应过程中不同的毒力
调控网络,从而为防治药物和疫苗的设计和组装提供靶标和相关分子器件。主要研究兴趣是
迟钝爱德华氏菌和溶藻弧菌中六型分泌系统及其调控机制研究。这些研究工作与国外大学(如美国宾夕法尼亚大学、哈佛医学院、威斯康辛大学、瑞典Umeå University、英国诺丁汉大学等)相关课题组联系较为紧密。

主要针对海洋养殖动物病原
迟钝爱德华氏菌进行疫苗的开发工作,并且进行实际可行的多联疫苗的应用研究。这些研究与国内水产养殖相关院校、研究所和企业紧密合作。
