学术成就
先后主持
国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目,校人才基金项目,校基本科研业务费专项资金项目等课题;参加国家自然科学基金重点项目,转基因生物新品种培育重大专项,973计划等科研项目。近年来,先后对禾谷镰刀菌中所有编码蛋白激酶的基因进行了敲除及表型分析,并进一步对部分基因进行了深入功能研究;同时对预测的禾谷镰刀菌900多个独有基因和296个功能未知分泌蛋白开展了系统性敲除及表型鉴定工作;此外还对禾谷镰刀菌DON毒素产生的调控机制方面开展了相关研究。近五年已发表学术论文20余篇。
