赵春杰
东南大学医学院副院长
赵春杰,女,1966年10月出生,吉林省长春市人。在南京大学生物学系获理学学士和硕士学位,2000年获日本东京大学医学系研究科分子细胞生物学博士学位,同年为日本学术振兴会外国人特别研究员,2001年起,在美国加利福尼亚大学旧金山分校 (UCSF) 做博士后研究工作,2004年9月起受聘为东南大学教授。

1994年赴日本留学,2000年获日本东京大学医学系研究科分子细胞生物学博士学位,同年为日本学术振兴会外国人特别研究员,
2001年起在美国加利福尼亚大学旧金山分校(UCSF) 做博士后研究工作,
2004年9月受聘为东南大学教授,曾任东南大学生命科学研究院副院长。
曾获国家杰出青年科学基金资助,作为首席科学家主持国家重点基础研究计划(973)项目“抑郁症和精神分裂症的基因与环境相互作用机理研究”。为首批江苏省“333工程”中青年科技领军人才,获江苏省有突出贡献中青年专家称号,2009年入选“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选。现任中国神经科学学会理事,江苏省发育生物学会副理事长。

研究方向
端脑发育的调控与相关神经精神疾病的病理机制
海马、新皮层是行使脑高级功能如学习记忆、情感的重要功能区域,多种认知和情感障碍均与早期海马以及新皮层神经环路的发育异常密切相关,但其发生发展机制尚不明了。
本课题组主要利用基因工程小鼠,通过基因敲除、转基因等手段揭示海马和新皮层神经环路发育过程中神经干细胞的分化、神经元迁移和成熟的调控机制,探讨环路中兴奋性神经元与抑制性中间神经元二者之间的平衡维持机制,旨在为深入理解脑高级功能的神经生物学基础及其相关疾病的发生机制提供线索。
