郝洪,男,1962年5月生。中国工程院外籍院士,国际知名结构抗震、抗爆抗冲击、结构健康监测专家。1982年毕业于天津大学水利工程系,1985年获美国加州大学伯克利分校结构工程硕士学位,1989年获美国加州大学伯克利分校结构工程博士学位。

1. 入选澳大利亚工程院院士、澳大利亚工程师协会会士、美国土木工程师协会会士、国际工程资产管理协会会士。
2. 抗爆方面的研究成果被作为美国国防部爆炸安全委员会的非正式工作文件分发,并被北大西洋公约组织的《军火库设计规范》及中国《民用建筑防爆 设计规范 》(征求意见稿)所采纳;部分研究成果被应用于位于新加坡的世界上最大的地下弹药库之一的设计及建造, 并被用于为包括新加坡科技集团、新加坡国防部、澳洲国防部、GHD、PMI矿业集团等政府机构及跨国公司提供技术咨询。
3. 抗震方面的研究成果被收录到结构动力学的经典教科书中,被收录于美国地震研究所(EERI)的《地震工程口述历史》系列,被广泛应用于包括加拿大、美国加州、希腊、日本、及台湾等国家和地区的大型工程结构的设计及建造中,并被用于为包括位于阿曼苏丹国的Yibol油田、西澳自来水公司、BG&E、沃利帕森斯集团、GHD、科菲(Coffey)等大型跨国公司提供技术咨询。
4. 结构健康监测方面的研究成果被用于为西澳公路局、AECOM、BHP等公司或机构监测桥梁的健康状况, 被列入中国工程建设协会标准《结构健康监测系统设计标准》,也成功地应用到600米高广州塔,632米高上海中心及香港青马大桥等大型结构健康监测系统之中。

研究成果
(1)在抗爆工程研究领域
系统开展了城市复杂环境中爆炸波的传播及爆炸荷载作用下结构的动态响应行为和破坏倒塌机理等方面的研究工作,取得了广受好评的创新成果。在爆炸波的传播方面, 利用爆炸波和结构相互作用产生的反射、折射及绕射原理,提出了一种新型的栅栏型防爆墙设计。在理论方面,提出了修正的Drucker-Prager强度模型、修正状态方程及指数型破坏方程用于模拟岩石的破坏过程,相关成果被美国同行评价为“代表了世界最高水平”;也提出了修正的Mohr-Column破坏准则、修正状态方程、水泥基材料双指数破坏模型、混凝土材料塑性流动模型和塑性破坏指标、以及新的应变率方程;在国际上首次开展了结构爆炸模拟的模型振动台试验。研究成果得到了国际组织的高度重视和国际同行的广泛引用,部分研究成果在新加坡、美国和瑞典的现场爆炸试验中得到验证;有关钢筋混凝土框架结构的抗爆设计参数已被北大西洋公约组织的《军火库设计规范(AASTP-1)》所采纳;有关土的三相介质模型已被国际通用商业软件Autodyn以及美国陆军实验室所采纳。
(2)在地震工程研究领域
系统开展了空间地震动模拟和人工合成、场地地震响应、桥梁和建筑结构的三维地震效应和碰撞响应、复杂建筑结构的扭转地震响应、以及城市地震危险性分析等方面的研究工作,取得了突出的创新成果。提出了地震动的二维模型,相关成果被写入国际著名地震工程专家Clough和Penzien所著的国际经典教科书《Dynamics of Structures》中,也被美国地震研究所(EERI)的《地震工程口述历史》所收录;提出了多维多点地震动人工合成方法并编制了相关计算软件,相关成果仍被多个国际工程和咨询公司广泛用于美国、加拿大、日本、希腊、台湾等国家和地区的重要工程抗震的设计和咨询;在国际上率先研究了考虑地震动空间变化的结构扭转响应以及考虑地震动空间变化、土与结构相互作用、和结构非线性的相邻结构碰撞响应等,相关成果被国际同行大量引用;首次提出了西澳洲地震动场模型,并得到西澳州有限强震记录的验证,相关成果被《澳大利亚国家防震规划》所采纳。
(3)在结构健康监测研究领域
系统开展了结构模型误差、测量误差、环境效应、和参数不确定性对结构健康监测的影响等方面的研究工作,取得了突出的创新成果。提出了降低测量误差及环境效应的振动传感器最优布置方法、结构模态识别的Fisher矩阵方法、以及考虑参数不确定性的结构性态概率识别方法,揭示了环境效应对结构动力特性的影响规律;提出了组合梁-板剪切连接件性态识别的新方法以及损伤桥梁动态承载力的计算方法和FRP加固方法。研究成果得到了国际同行的广泛引用,并在澳大利亚境内多个重要桥梁工程,国内600米高广州塔,632米高上海中心,香港青马大桥等大型结构健康监测系统之中得到实际应用,取得了显著的社会和经济效益。部分成果被列入中国工程建设协会标准《结构健康监测系统设计标准》。也是国际上把基因算法用到结构健康监测上几个最早的研究者之一,是世界上最早运用前沿的大数据和深度学习方法做结构健康监测的几个研究者之一。
曾作为专家在不同场合被世界各地的媒体采访, 包括澳大利亚科技媒体中心(Australian Science Media Centre)、美国 (USA Today)、荷兰日报(Dutch daily 及 NRC Handelsblad, 荷兰)、新科学家杂志 (New Scientist Magazine,英国)、工人世界报 (Workers World Newspaper, 美国)、加拿大广播公司(Canadian Broadcasting Corporation)等,在爆炸和地震引起的结构破坏及结构健康监测的必要性等方面提供专家建议和评论。
