2022年6月7日下午,大连理工大学召开干部大会并宣布上级任免决定:任命张弛同志为大连理工大学党委委员、常委、副校长(副校长职务试用期一年)。
主要成就
作为首席负责人,主持科技部2017年
国家重点研发计划《松辽流域江河湖库综合调控技术与应用》项目(1758万元),主持国家自然科学基金5项(含重点项目1项),国家科技部、水利部、工信部等科技项目,及各类国家级、省部级纵向课题20余项。 此外,张弛教授作为重大计划指导专家组学术秘书及项目办副主任参与基金委重大计划《西南河流源区径流变化和适应性利用》(水利学科首个重大计划,总项目经费2亿)的学术管理。
研究成果获教育部科技进步一等奖1项(第1完成人)、辽宁省科技进步一等奖1项(第1完成人)、大连市科技进步一等奖1项,并有多项成果被鉴定为国际领先;发表论文百余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表
SCI论文50余篇(包括水资源旗舰期刊Water Resources Research 5篇、
Journal of Hydrology 4篇等);合作著作1部。研究成果成功应用于国家水资源监测平台及东北、西南流域重大水利工程的规划设计与运行管理中。
作为辽宁省高校重点实验室“水科学与水利工程”负责人以及大连理工大学水资源与防洪创新团队负责人,张弛教授重视团队建设和人才培养。团队既拥有国内水文水资源领域专家,又有海外引进的中青年教授(英国Exeter,美国UCF等),还拥有来自不同背景的青年教师队伍。团队已与国内外知名高校及科研院所(美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校、
康奈尔大学、
中佛罗里达大学,英国Exeter大学,
清华大学,
中国水利水电科学研究院等)建立了密切学术联系,将通过国内外学术合作,联合培养等多样化渠道强化人才培养。
