1980年10月生,江苏泰兴人。
2011年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、2013年入选中组部万人计划首批青年拔尖人才支持计划。2015年获批
国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金,2017年入选教育部“青年长江学者”,2019年入选中英“牛顿高级学者”。
2009年来主持国家自然科学基金5项、中组部青年拔尖人才支持计划、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、高等学校全国优秀博士学位论文作者专项基金、霍英东基金、教育部新教师基金、武汉市晨光计划各1项。
2009年获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖,2010年获第二届中国土壤学会优秀青年学者奖,2013年获国际环境生物地球化学组委会Wolf Vishniac奖,迄今已发表论文100余篇,其中SCI论文90余篇,作为第一作者和通讯作者在《npj Biofilms and Microbiomes》、《Environmental Science & Technology》、《Environment International》、《Water Research》、《Soil Biology & Biochemistry》等环境科学和土壤学领域知名期刊上发表研究论文40篇,被SCI他引1900余次,h因子28。担任J Soil Sediment、Soil Ecol Lett、Front Microbiol、《
农业资源与环境学报》等期刊编委。
