郁飞，男，汉族，1975年5月生，江苏太仓人，博士，西北农林科技大学三级教授，博士生导师，生命科学学院院长。

1997年本科毕业于南京大学生物学专业并获得理学学士学位；

2000年硕士研究生毕业于中国科学院植物研究所植物学专业并获得理学硕士学位；

2005年博士研究生毕业于美国爱荷华州立大学植物生理学专业并获得博士学位；

2005年至2009年在爱荷华州立大学从事博士后研究；

2009年回国参加西北农林科技大学生命科学学院工作。历任生命科学学院副院长、西北农林科技大学国际合作与交流处（港澳台办）处长（主任），现任生命科学学院院长。

2009年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。

2011年荣获第十届“陕西省青年五四奖章”。

本实验室主要以模式植物拟南芥和作物小麦、玉米为材料，综合运用分子生物学，分子遗传学，生物化学，植物生理学，基因组学等手段，探索植物响应光环境变化的生物学机理，包括大规模拟南芥突变种质资源创制、光调控高等植物叶绿体发育、光调控植物细胞和植株形态建成、黑暗胁迫调控植物衰老等方面研究工作。

开设本科生课程“全英文植物生理学”、新生研讨课“走进生命科学”等。

开设研究生课程“植物分子生物学研究进展” 、“博士科技英文写作”等。
