黄观文
长安大学国际合作处处长、教授
黄观文,男,博士,1983年9月出生,长安大学地质工程与测绘学院教授博士生导师,国际合作处处长、国家万人计划青年拔尖人才、长安学者特聘教授。先后获得陕西省杰出青年基金、陕西省优秀博士论文等。长期从事卫星导航与大地测量理论应用研究。
