人物简介
章新平,男,博士,
湖南师范大学教授,博士生导师,自然地理学学术带头人。1978年9月-1982年7月在
南京气象学院学习,获气候学学士学位;1984年9月-1987年7月在
河海大学学习,获工程水文与水资源硕士学位;1990年9月-1993年9月在
中国科学院兰州冰川冻土研究所(现
中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所)学习,获自然地理学博士学位。
学术成就
曾在日本
名古屋大学大气圈-水圈研究所、日本科技厅长冈雪冰研究所、美国
阿拉斯加大学水环境研究中心、美国
德克萨斯大学地质系、澳大利亚气象气候研究中心、中国科学院南京湖泊和地理研究所、
中国气象科学研究院等单位从事访问研究。主要从事全球变化、稳定同位素位学等领域的教学与研究工作。主持和参加了国家863项目、
国家自然科学基金、中科院知识创新、国际地理联合会(IGU)核心计划START、中日政府间科技合作等研究项目。在国内外学术期刊上发表论文90余篇,其中被SCI收录的论文15篇,EI收录的论文9篇。获湖南师范大学十佳师德标兵、科研标兵称号。
